What you'll do:
The Brass Tacks
  • Responds to all guest's requests in an expeditious manner
  • Respond to property inquiries as trained on property system, run night audit and use of reservations systems
  • Assist with property service needs including but not limited to laundry, light maintenance, etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring the building is a safe and secure environment at all times.
  • Communicates with team members and leaders all issues and needs that occur during shift
  • Maintains a close working relationship with the police and alarm monitoring services
  • Ensures proper building safety and security measures are always followed
  • Maintains up to date information of events, both current and future, occurring in the city and county
  • Answers the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner within three rings
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area at all times
  • Assists with maintaining property cleanliness
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor
The Nitty Gritty
  • Two years related experience and/or training
  • Ability to work overnight shift as scheduled
  • Possess excellent verbal and people skills
  • The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
