Process payroll using ADP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee inquiries. Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to a positive work environment. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Strong proficiency in ADP systems. SHRM certification is a plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
