We are looking for a top notch Administrative assistant to support the Director of Sales, coordinate sales events and provide general administrative support.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate Sales Events
  • Handle incoming calls and assist potential clients
  • Maintain lead data base
  • Manage event advertising
  • Generate reports
  • General Administrative duties

Education

Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or Business or related field from four-year college or university

Experience & Skills Required

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast pace office setting
  • Strong Customer Service skills
