    • Creatively leverage a variety of sources to meet hiring goals, from helping drive campus recruiting efforts and attending career fairs to increasing employee referral networks to sourcing.
    • Partner closely with hiring team to build successful candidate profiles, clarify required skills and competencies, and map out the best sourcing strategy.
    • Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc.
    • Drive the hiring process and actively participate in interviews and hiring decisions; provide guidance for offer details and extend and negotiate offers to closing.
    • Take a service-oriented approach to candidate management, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring a top experience with the company, regardless of outcome. Similarly, maintain a responsive and trusting communication approach with teammates and managers.
    • Accurately track and document candidates in appropriate systems and help to provide transparency to the recruiting function by reporting on various metrics on a regular basis.
This is you:

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (i.e., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, text, phone calls, etc.)
  • Understand the DRT culture fit, what makes employees thrive in the company's environment and identify those competencies in candidates.
  • Strong assessment capabilities to seek out not only qualified candidates, but also those that embody the company ethos of exceptional customer service and commitment to outstanding delivery.
Education and Training:
  • Bachelor's degree required

  1. Professionalism: Be a leader and someone your customers and colleagues can count on by taking ownership and accountability for your work. Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset and bias for action. Show empathy, dignity, and respect for each other. Be "high minded", maintain a calm demeanor when dealing with ambiguity or adversity and stay out of the fray (i.e., avoid drama).
  2. Quality: Do things right and do the right thing. Pursue excellence in your work by delivering quality services and products that provide high value and return on investment (ROI).
  3. Teamwork: Work with each other, the customer, and DRT. Demonstrate flexibility, a positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively to help others and share information.
  4. Customer Mission Focused: Commit to customer success and strive to exceed expectations by understanding the mission, executing the customer's vision, and solving challenges to drive results and achieve mission goals.
