  • Maintain optimal staffing levels, focusing on retention and enhancing the selection process.

  • Facilitate effective onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Mentor and guide recruiters across various locations in developing effective recruitment strategies.

  • Ensure job descriptions are consistently updated and formatted appropriately.

  • Compile and maintain records and statistics related to the recruitment process.
  • Oversee background checks and drug screenings in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports to support management objectives.
  • Coordinate participation in job fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Deliver orientation sessions for new salaried employees.
  • Standardize new hire orientation processes across all locations.
  • Conduct annual audits of recruitment records and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Implement innovative sourcing methods, including social recruiting.
  • Enhance the company’s employer brand through strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with management to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Stay informed on labor legislation and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a professional network with HR professionals and educational institutions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and employment regulations, including EEO and ADA.
  • Strong planning, time management, communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years in recruitment and employment roles is required.
  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience is preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Experience in passive candidate sourcing.
Additional Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Experience with both phone and in-person interviews, candidate evaluation, and screening.
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networking platforms.
