Occupational Therapist Requirements:

Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university.

Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license for New York.

Conduct home visit Occupational Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.

Proficient in EMR documentation (we use Hello Note but experience in this system is not required).

CPR Certification.

Occupational Therapist Benefits:

Competitive pay rates of $70 -$90 per visit for Occupational Therapists.

Pediatric cases provide higher rate range opportunities.

Flexible scheduling options: part-time and per diem.

Occupational Therapists can choose the population (pediatrics or geriatrics), location of patients, and hours.
