**We are currently seeking a**
****Full-Time Front Desk Supervisor****
**$350.00 Sign On BONUS**
****Must be available on weekends, 3pm-11pm shifts and flexible hours****
**Front Desk Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Greeting and registering guests in a friendly manner.
* Assist in taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking.
* Assisting large groups upon arrival.
* Be familiar with the local area, helping guests find dining, shopping and other "hidden gems" nearby.
* Being the first to handle and resolve guest issues, and working to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
* Processing payments according to procedures including authorization of all credit cards.
* Ensuring all cash, checks, and credit cards balance at the end of each shift.
* Professionally and politely answer questions and cater to any guests needs.
* Communicates internally with other departments when necessary to resolve a guest concern or request.
**The Successful Front Desk Supervisor Candidate:**
* Outgoing and friendly demeanor, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
* Hotel Front Desk experience preferred
* Knowledge of fosse reservation system
* Ability to communicate effectively through spoken and written means.
* Windows knowledge.
* Positive, upbeat demeanor and team-minded.
* Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time.
* Able to lift 20lb on occasion.
* Help cover shifts when others need off
* High school Diploma or equivalent
