Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience. This role requires a positive and upbeat personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Handle requests for information, mail, and messages in a courteous and professional manner
  • Operate the front desk computer system and ensure accurate logging and delivery of packages, mail, and messages
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including helping coworkers in other areas of the hotel and maintaining a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to participate in the creation of an enjoyable work environment
