The Role

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Stylist to join our team at Keystone At The Crossing. As a Stylist, you'll play a key role in helping our customers find the perfect outfits to suit their unique needs and styles. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their preferences, provide personalized styling recommendations, and help them feel confident and beautiful in their clothing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our customers
  • Offer personalized styling appointments and guidance to help customers find the perfect outfits
  • Share product knowledge and recommendations to style our customers
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve business goals and provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Uphold the highest visual and operational standards in our store
Requirements
  • 1 year of sales experience or customer-focused experience
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week
  • Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
  • Enjoys communicating and building relationships
  • Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
