Business Development ManagerExperience - 8+ YearsLocation - NJ / East CoastObjective:At Damco, the Business Development Manager will play an instrumental role in driving growth for the business by strategically prospecting with impactful messaging. This is a multifaceted role aligning Damco's sales and marketing teams to generate targeted awareness of our Software Solution Services to Insurance vertical, drive outbound opportunities and accelerate new partnerships.Our team is highly focused on achieving goals and delivering results, we're passionate about growing individuals and pathing the way for a successful career. If you have a passion for pushing the boundaries, this is the perfect role for youEssential Responsibilities:•Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new logo clients into Insurance industry•Develop and maintain technical and marketing knowledge of the entire portfolio of offerings with major focus being on Software Services and Staffing.•Build relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts•Form strategic account plans including customer profiles, targeted programs, application descriptions, forecast reports, and action items•Design efficient sales strategies to maximize the client / prospect outreach through various methodologies and techniques.•Conduct and participate into Trade-Exhibitions, Webinars, Presentations and client engagement programs to hunt and attract the right set of clients•Maintain Salesforce CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.All About You:•Successful track record of selling Software Services and Professional Services to clients•Understanding of Insurance vertical and industry trends•Experience building relationships, networking and influencing CXOs and senior business decision-makers•An ability to gain access and influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations•Outstanding written and oral communication skills; able to adapt communication style to multiple stakeholders and cultures•Experienced and adept at aligning teams to work toward a common goal; consistently demonstrates strong people management skills•Possess a minimum of 8 years' experience managing complex clients and sales cyclesAbout Damco:We are a global technology company with more than two decades of core IT experience.
