**Description**:

- Kavayah Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Princeton, NJ, to assist with new business opportunities. We are planning to expand our team and are looking for an aggressive sales leader who will make an immediate impact. This is a salary-plus incentives-driven position.**Requirements**:

- New Client Acquisition, through cold calling, social networks
- Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities, Interacting with clients on a daily basis, and identifying staffing opportunities to fulfill.
- Understand the different segments within the field of IT, match the customer's requirements, and map them to the services of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization.
- Responsible for arranging meetings with the customers and also leading these meetings
- Assist with technical recruitment
- Assist pre-sales in developing RFPs and customized proposals based on the client's requirements.
- Prepare excellent Marketing materials, case studies, presentations, documentation, etc.,of using MS Office, Slide Share, etc.
- Good command on documentation and presentation tools.
- You should have a strong knowledge of LinkedIn for data mining and research.
