Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and oversee their work to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality control and ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing project-related concerns.
  • Manage site resources efficiently and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, proactively ensuring projects stay on schedule.
  • Provide regular progress reports to project management and contribute to construction schedule development and implementation.
  • Uphold the company's commitment to delivering luxury residential projects of exceptional quality.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Proven experience in luxury single-family residential construction or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate on-site personnel.
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Miami's local building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
