Key Responsibilities:

The primary role involves overseeing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure exceptional quality in field construction. Key duties include:

  • Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
  • Conducting safety meetings and inspections
  • Ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards
  • Monitoring project timelines and preparing daily logs
  • Delivering accurate and timely reports from the field

Additional responsibilities may encompass:

  • Negotiating and drafting subcontract agreements
  • Managing material procurement and inventory
  • Preparing purchase orders and tracking project schedules
  • Developing production budgets and monitoring financial performance
  • Approving vendor invoices and acting as a liaison with clients

Qualifications:

  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • 5-7 years of relevant construction experience
  • Preferred experience in exterior renovations (cladding/waterproofing)
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards in construction
  • Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Background check required
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project is highly desirable
  • OSHA (10 Hours) Safety Training certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
  • Degree in Construction Management is a plus
  • Experience with Procore is advantageous
  • Multifamily project experience is beneficial
  • Reconstruction experience is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
