Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client interactions.
  • Oversee daily operations at the assigned site, focusing on client and employee relations.
  • Ensure a secure environment for both customers and staff while executing general security duties.
  • Engage with a diverse range of individuals, including clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Maintain communication with branch management regarding scheduling, staffing, and client-related issues.
  • Adhere to specific post instructions as outlined by the client.
  • Promote safety by being vigilant and addressing any hazards.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving related objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain visibility to deter inappropriate activities and ensure safety.
  • Remain at your post until your designated replacement arrives.
  • Understand and comply with both DSI and client requirements.
  • Familiarize yourself with DSI's Code of Ethics and Employee Standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and become acquainted with safety protocols.
  • Present yourself professionally in both appearance and conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and State of Florida Security License are mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation and communication means are essential.
  • Successful completion of background and drug screenings is required.
  • Customer service orientation is a must.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills are necessary.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to perform routine foot patrols and engage in moderate lifting.
