The Hertz Corporation - Mobility Specialist
Location: Landover Hills, Maryland
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
The Mobility Specialist, TNC is an essential member of the Hertz Local Edition team. As a brand ambassador, the Mobility Specialist will facilitate the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience for Lyft and/or Uber drivers.
Responsibilities:
Ensure optimal operational efficiencies to provide customers the best rental car experience.
Assist in creating rental car reservations, processing rentals, and providing clean and safe vehicles.
Handle various post-rental inquiries involving the rental and billing process.
Provide helpful customer service that enhances the customer’s rental experience in a fast-paced environment.
Answer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, rental requirements, billing, and roadside assistance.
Effectively communicate the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and Procedures.
Maximize revenue opportunities by actively soliciting business and overcoming customer objections.
Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including checking for damage, cleaning, fueling, and checking fluid levels.
Professional Experience:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks.
Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Computer literate and detail-oriented.
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Knowledge:
Customer service resolution practices.
Sales management/coaching ability.
Skills:
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Proficient communication in English; candidates fluent in other languages are encouraged to apply.
