Overview of the Mobile Equipment Service Specialist Role:
In this position, you will be tasked with executing scheduled maintenance, installations, and repairs on various over-the-road machinery, including tractors and semi-trucks.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of fundamental automotive maintenance experience (such as oil changes, brake replacements, or belt servicing)
  • Familiarity with basic shop tools and equipment is advantageous
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Customer service orientation is a must

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client sites to perform equipment repairs
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, testing, and repairs on machinery and vehicles to ensure they are safe and functional
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and accessories to identify issues and implement solutions
  • Deliver outstanding, professional, and clear communication to clients during all service visits
  • Complete and submit necessary documentation to internal and/or external stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Operate and maintain industrial machinery such as forklifts, aerial lifts, scissor lifts, pallet jacks, and cleaning equipment
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
