Job Description:
The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by supporting administrative tasks and contributing to a productive work environment. This entry-level position is perfect for an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team setting and is looking to gain valuable experience in office management.
Pay Range: $950 - $1250 weekly
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Manage and distribute office mail and handle basic correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls, and take messages as necessary
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintain and update records, databases, and office documentation
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies and coordinate orders as needed
- Greet and assist visitors, providing them with information and directing them to appropriate personnel
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
