The role will include:
· Developing objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the e"cient use of Amer Sports ANZ’s resources
· Analysing business and organisational shortcomings with internal teams and external Customers
· Analysing and evaluating current systems and structures including SAP, CRM, Call Centre, B2B Order Collection Platforms
· Discussing current systems with sta and observing systems at all levels of the organisation
· Training and developing teams to work towards a more e"cient organisation and developing solutions to organisational problems
· Undertaking and reviewing work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures such as administrative procedures, recording and analysing Amer’s workflow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions
· Preparing and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems
· Assisting in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation
· Reviewing operating procedures and advising of departures from procedures and standards
The ideal candidate will have relevant degree coupled with a unique blend of skills ( minimum 5 years) gained from working in customer service / sales operations, systems, and project management roles. This experience will ensure projects are managed with great tenacity and with a high level of planning and organisation.
A strong level of understanding of Customer Service in a B2B and B2C environment is critical, as is the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate across the business. Experience of system set up / system roll out and implementation (SAP / CRM / Call Centre / B2B Order Collection Platforms) will be highly valued, as well as experience in an Omni-channel global company.
