Electrical Cost Analyst

Position Summary:
- Develop and finalize bidding documents and financial assessments for electrical infrastructure projects.
- Manage project expenses by analyzing bid requirements and technical drawings.
- Examine proposal details and schematics to ascertain the project scope and necessary components of the financial assessment.
- Identify and engage qualified vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Ensure the prompt completion of all necessary documentation required by clients.
- In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, estimating practices, and financial oversight.
- Must demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Qualifications:
- A valid state driver's license is required.
- Completion of high school or possession of a GED is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Accubid software is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Work Environment:
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting and standing, along with walking, typing, lifting, pushing, bending, and carrying (up to 40 lbs).
- Primarily an indoor work setting with varying environmental conditions.
- Noise levels typically range from low to moderate.
