LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking for Customer Service Representatives for a call center in Louisville, KY. Contract role for 6 months.

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday

  • Several shifts available– 8-4:30, 9-5:30, 10-6:30 EST

  • First two weeks of training will be 8:30am-5pm

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Highschool degree or GPA

  • Minimum 1 year in customer service/ call center with high volume of outbound/inbound calls

  • Computer savvy

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Exhibit ownership, accountability, urgency and initiative.

  • Well organized, attentive to detail. Accurate.

  • Able to work in a team environment and take direction.

  • Excellent customer service

Pay Rate:

  • $17 an hour

Location:

  • Louisville, KY (100% onsite)

Assignment Type/Length:

  • Contract

  • 6 months (potential for permanent hire)
