Responsibilities:
  • Account Management of customers
  • Providing customers with support and assistance
  • Answering questions about products, pricing, services, and resolving discrepancies
  • Processing orders and entering into system
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity and inquiries in CRM system
  • Monitor customer accounts for processing returns, exchanges, credits, or demographic changes
