  • Own the new dealer onboarding process for national accounts, including working cross-functionally on internal and customer approvals, and process improvements.

  • Support the Order Management team in returns/RA's including exception approval and tracking of returns costs vs. budget.
  • Support the Marketing team and Field Sales team in implementation of marketing and merchandising programs including but not limited to: Retail display deployment, product/sample order processing for displays, shakedowns, events and demonstrations.
  • Support Rep Firm Commissions, Onboarding and Offboarding for Canada and New Business channels.
  • Act as the central point of communication between Masimo and 3rd party Rep Firms in the covered channels. Prepare weekly update and briefings for Rep Firms; coordinate trainings and briefings on new products, processes and procedures; handle escalations as needed.
  • Support the NPI process with New Business accounts including but not limited to: Product setup, PDP checks, cross-functional communication between accounts and Masimo.
  • Drive improvements in analysis of sell-in and sell-through data by working with customer and Masimo BI teams on data improvements, supporting the Sales team in building and updating reports and sharing data insights with the broader team.
  • Communicates model master data to the covered accounts including but not limited to: MSRP and dealer pricing, weights and dimensions, UPC/SKU number, safety/regulatory compliance information and environmental compliance information.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum five years' pertinent work experience in a sales operations or customer success role with a middle-market or Fortune 500 consumer electronics, CPG or other products-based company.
  • Extremely customer-focused. Prior track record of resolving complex customer issues to customer's satisfaction.
  • Expert Excel user and comfortable with mid-level functions such as lookups and pivot tables.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Able to articulate their viewpoints via in-person and remote communication, synchronously or asynchronously, using standard Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. Demonstrated track record of being able to manage and prioritize multiple projects for completion based on business need and deadlines. Ability to work proactively to ensure that deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Strong database skills. Proven track record of success in ensuring data integrity and coordinating activities to reconcile data issues.
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NAV, JD Edwards) in a sales or sales operations capacity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Prior experience with Power BI.
  • Prior experience with the Consumer Electronics industry.
  • Prior experience and relationships with Costco, Target, Walmart, Sam's Club, Canadian retailers and/or Dish Network.
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Management or related field.


Compensation: The anticipated range for this position is $113,000 to $169,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.
