We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to support our sales team and maintain customer profiles on REEF.COM and SAP.

  • Assist sales teams in promoting products and driving sales growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide system administrative support to ensure seamless operations
  • Review and own product information in SAP and B2B to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Create a positive customer experience on the B2B platform through excellent customer service
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 1-3 years' experience with B2B platforms and SAP
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel
  • Knowledge of wholesale retail accounts and the apparel industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000
  • Final offer amount based on experience and expertise
