Makes decisions that refine and improve current practices; develops new approaches and recommends solutions by researching best practices and assessing new technologies or functionality. + Contributes to/manages medium to large moderately complex projects that are broad in scope and require depth of knowledge. Updates stakeholders as appropriate on a timely basis regarding progress on assigned tasks, projects, and issues. + Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to complete assignments and visualize, articulate, and solve moderately complex problems. Participates in and may lead continuous improvement initiatives. + Guides and assists with training less experienced Analysts.
