We are looking for a highly proficient Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in financial systems, particularly with platforms such as NetSuite, PeopleSoft, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Automate. This position involves the design, execution, and upkeep of financial systems to ensure they align with organizational requirements and compliance standards.

  • Spearhead the deployment and integration of financial systems, focusing on NetSuite and PeopleSoft.
  • Create and sustain automation workflows utilizing UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Guarantee seamless integration between financial systems and other enterprise applications.

System Maintenance and Support

  • Provide continuous support and maintenance for financial systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve system-related challenges promptly.
  • Conduct regular system upgrades and patches to maintain optimal performance and security.

Process Enhancement

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and automation within financial operations.
  • Design and execute automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate to optimize workflows.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Ensure precise and secure data management within financial systems.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Leverage financial data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

Compliance and Security

  • Ensure financial systems adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Implement and uphold security measures to safeguard financial data.

Maintain ethical standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations related to your job function.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in an ERP environment (PeopleSoft required) in a business analyst capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in the implementation and management of NetSuite and PeopleSoft.
  • Strong skills in developing automation workflows with UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial processes and data management principles.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Certification in NetSuite, PeopleSoft, UiPath, or Microsoft Power Automate is preferred.
  • Familiarity with other financial systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience leading or executing all phases of a full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) enterprise development.
  • Experience in drafting specifications for report or custom program design.
  • Experience as a liaison with end-users and technical resources.
  • Extensive experience and functional knowledge of the PeopleSoft environment.
  • Thorough understanding of relational databases.
  • Extensive background in accounting or finance.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills to facilitate communication across the organization.
