This position will also create order and project workflows where necessary. The Order Coordinator will research and support order changes due to pre-installation change orders, post-installation disputes, error resolutions, rate changes, etc. The Order Coordinator will also create internal project workflows for Type II orders, network changes, Employee LTE orders, and other internal projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide overall guidance of pre/post sales process to various internal functions, including Sales, SE, Legal, Finance, Workflow Support, Project Management, Operations, & Engineering. Provide guidance including guidelines on adhering to pre/post sales processes and support on addressing any issues identified during order audits. Audit orders to ensure accurate data, service orders, contracts, and Executive reporting. Collaborate with customers to resolve issues promptly. Assist in updating orders, which may include re-rating or re-terming existing orders, rekeying orders due to change orders, and implementing other necessary order changes. Identify and direct Users on resolving inaccuracies with data. Audit, manage and update system data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency over the lifetime of the data. Efficiently and accurately input, update, and maintain customer information. Prepare reports for management as required. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management, including customer account research, special reports, and projects. Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience desired. Minimum of 2 years of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired. MS Office knowledge. Demonstrated clear, informative, persuasive, and collaborative verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must exhibit honesty, integrity, and courtesy in all interactions. Must possess a strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently.
