A10 Networks is looking for a results-driven Growth Marketer who wants a direct impact on the growth trajectory of the company. You will be responsible growing revenue by expanding share of wallet with existing customers in close collaboration with the sales team. You will use your ABM expertise and partner across the organization to implement a true omnichannel strategy to bring cross sell and upsell campaigns to market.

Responsibilities

You will lead the discussion with Sales and drive consensus on defined Target Accounts. You will also drive definition of the buying committee and who are the main targets to market to within that group. Partner with your PMM team to develop concise campaign messaging for ABM targets and Cross Sell/Upsell customers. Create, lead, and manage innovative end-to-end ABM campaigns through digital, paid social, email, landing pages, SEO, SEM, blog, nurtures, and more… Work with the in-house creative team to ensure all visual campaign assets are consistent and on brand. Drive awareness with key stakeholders and partner with our inside sales team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead management. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and analytics teams to grow account engagement and pipeline growth Track deliverables and ABM metrics to measure campaign activities with actionable insights into what is working and what should be improved. Work with marketing operations to ensure engagement is trackable to achieve rich insights Identify new ways of growing the business. Ability to inspect, measure, learn, and optimize.

Experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, plus 5-7 years of experience in B2B campaign development with an emphasis on ABM and cross-sell/upsell experience. Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns and programs that drive fast-paced growth. Knowledge of network security, cloud migration, and associated buying committees is a plus. Expert project management expertise to coordinate workflows, establish processes, and forecast risks. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, data analysis, and familiarity with marketing automation systems. Experience with tracking full-funnel marketing metrics, A/B testing, and campaign analysis. Experience working with senior Sales and Marketing leadership with the ability to inform and influence

Qualifications

Experience using current ABM strategies and measurement of associated practices Ability to completely own a campaign; strategize, plan, execute, measure, and optimize Organized, Excellent communication skills, ability influence and rally a cross-functional team. Must be highly organized, detail and accuracy oriented with the ability to hit established deadlines. “Roll up your sleeves” attitude and a true team player. Result-oriented with a passion for finding data-driven insights.
