Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Growth Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in the cybersecurity risk management space. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals, leveraging your expertise in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity to drive demand, scale our go-to-market strategy, and build our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with our business goals, including building the marketing function from scratch, overseeing brand strategy, lead generation, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Own demand generation initiatives, utilizing digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Craft compelling positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas (CISOs, risk management professionals, etc.).
  • Develop content and thought leadership strategies, creating resources such as whitepapers, blogs, case studies, webinars, and more to position the company as an industry leader.
  • Partner with the product, customer success, and sales teams to successfully launch new features and products, developing sales enablement materials to empower the sales team.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within the cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management space.
  • Proven track record in demand generation and growth marketing, with a deep understanding of performance marketing channels, ABM, and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Experience building a marketing function in an early-stage startup with a lean team, including both strategy development and hands-on execution.
  • Expertise in crafting positioning and messaging for technical, complex products targeted at sophisticated buyers.
  • Strong content marketing and thought leadership experience, with the ability to create high-quality content and build the company's credibility in the industry.
  • Ability to analyze data, measure marketing impact, and optimize campaigns for growth.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Passionate about cybersecurity and its challenges, with the ability to deeply understand the customer's needs.
