We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to recruit, research, interview, screen, and refer top candidates for job openings. This individual will collaborate with management across multiple departments to fill positions in a timely manner. How you will make an impact: Facilitate the recruiting process, including developing and implementing recruitment programs. Confers with management, supervisors, and scheduling department to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills. Develops recruitment and retention programs and monitors budgets to attract applicants to fill specific job openings. Analysis of recruitment situations and develops recruitment strategies. Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Responsible for monitoring and analyzing retention statistics and making recommendations for improvement. Initiates contact with possibly qualified candidates for specific job openings Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, salary requirements, and provide information about the organization and position. Partners with the HR Managers in writing and placing job advertising in various media and gives input on the development of recruitment materials Develops and coordinates internal job posting programs and writes job postings. Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants. Makes public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates. Arranges travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants Performs reference and background checks on applicants Works closely with departments during new employee orientation Maintain personal contact with new employees through the new hire period.
