Let’s create tomorrow together.The Quality Team designs, implements and maintains quality assurance protocols and methods as well as monitoring  manufacturing and component suppliers for adherence to Zebra specifications and quality standards.Manages a large unit or several smaller units through subordinate managers who oversee units that are functionally similar. Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers. Substantial involvement in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operation(s) but which may also have company-wide effect. Operates with a larger degree of autonomy than a manager role. Represents the unit at meetings or on committees.This location is a Medical Device manufacturing location.  Position requires understanding of FDA Quality System requirements for medical devices.  This is an on-site position.Responsibilities:Drives positive results against key metrics by leveraging accountability, prioritizing, and creating efficienciesActs as an ambassador of qualityBrings knowledge of external best practices to drive quality.
