Job Summary:

We are seeking a Director of Compensation to lead

onsemi's

compensation strategy and manage all compensation programs and plans. This role is responsible for ensuring our compensation plans are competitive, equitable, and contribute to attracting and retaining the best talent.

Responsibilities

Deliver compensation programs designed to attract external and internal talents, including base salary, variable pay, equity, and other incentives

Manage the global compensation team and provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters

Consistently evaluate the efficiency of various compensation and benefits programs and policies and recommend improvements consistent with company objectives which includes monitoring costs, financial impact, future funding requirements and competitiveness

Lead or actively participate in all compensation projects and contribute to the implementation of new programs and new policies at the country, region or global level. Projects may include mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, etc.

Conduct annual or ad hoc compensation surveys and disseminate the analyses, trends, and results to ensure competitiveness in line with the company's strategy

Provide recommendations on pay actions and external and internal recruitment utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate

Ensure compensation programs meet local regulatory requirements and adherence with regulatory, legal, and best practice approaches

Expansion Program Management - act as subject matter expert for regional expansion activity, including setting up new entities, new benefits, and implementing global programs

Consulting – become a trusted advisor to the corporate Compensation and Benefits team, local HR, payroll, and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of all compensation and benefits programs and initiatives

Lead yearly goal setting, performance appraisal, bonus payout, salary review cycle, and off-cycle reviews

Stay abreast of compensation trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and proactively communicate and educate stakeholders on compensation matters
