Job Summary:

IPG is looking for an experienced Sr Director, Total Rewards to join the team. The Sr Director, Total Rewards will be a strategic partner with a hands-on approach that will work alongside leaders to develop and execute the total rewards philosophy and strategy in a growing company.

The successful candidate will also be a dynamic thought partner in the organization as well as a builder, with a collaborative, nimble, scrappy, flexible and growth focused orientation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a total rewards philosophy and strategy that supports the organization's goals and objectives in a rapidly growing company and evolving environment.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation programs, including sales and short and long-term incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants and providers including contract negotiations
  • Drive the annual merit review and bonus processes, including budgeting, forecasting and performance calibration.
  • Design and oversee the integration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement plans, recognition and reward programs and other employee perks.
  • Partner across the people teams and with the business leaders to ensure compensation programs are designed and delivered in alignment with our talent philosophy.
  • Leverage market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in total rewards to continuously enhance our programs.
  • Serve as a key member of the IPH People team.
  • Lead a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
  • Act as a change agent and culture carrier in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field .
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in the compensation and benefits.
  • Experience leading a business focused total rewards team in a high growth environment where business is scaling.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with flexibility to handle multiple priorities that span from tactical to strategic along the way.
  • Experience leading a team through M&A integration projects and activities.
  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and partner with people team and business stakeholders at all levels in the organization to deliver a great employee experience.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision making.
  • Makes data driven decisions to positively impact employee experience while supporting organizational objectives.
  • People leadership experience with proven follower-ship from team members
  • Proficiency in MS, Expert in Excel.
