Basé(e) idéalement Alsace ou Région Île-de-France Notre client est une société fabricante à dimension internationale, leader dans les équipements de laboratoire dédiés aux secteurs académiques et industriels (R&D, biologie/pharmaceutique/santé, chimie/physique/matériaux…). Sous la responsabilité du vice-président des ventes, votre rôle est de manager l’équipe commerciale pour le développement des opérations commerciales en France. Management, motivation et optimisation des performances de l’équipe commerciale en France Responsable des activités de vente (distribution et vente directe) ainsi que de marketing, vous avez pour mission d’augmenter de manière significative les revenus de vente en France en atteignant les objectifs fixés Entretenir un excellent contact avec les clients existants pour promouvoir les produits et assurer leur développement afin accroître la notoriété de la marque Développer des opportunités commerciales et exploiter de nouveaux potentiels de marché avec les partenaires Représenter la société lors de conférences de ventes, séminaires, réunions de stratégie, salons professionnels, formations sur les produits… Gérer des rapports réguliers et ponctuels, superviser les progrès et fournir des solutions aux problèmes Accroître la satisfaction client et gérer les relations de compte tout au long du cycle de vente, d'installation et d'après-vente Formation scientifique avec une compétence commerciale dans le domaine du laboratoire (consommables, réactifs, instrumentations, équipements, enceintes climatiques, chambres de simulation…) Vous avez une expérience éprouvée dans la vente d’équipements et le management d'une équipe de vente dans un environnement commercial très dynamique Manager avec une attitude motivée et positive, vous aimez apporter des solutions Excellent(e) communicant(e), leadership et esprit d'entreprise Vous êtes passionné(e) par les opportunités et les nouveaux défis Vous aimez travailler au sein d’équipes internationales et vous avez de solides compétences interpersonnelles La réussite de vos fonctions ne pourra se faire qu’avec des déplacements réguliers Anglais obligatoire Société dynamique en plein développement Voiture de fonction + Primes sur résultats Fonction : Commercial/Business développement Secteur : Instrumentation et Equipement Scientifique Lieu : Alsace ou Île-de-France Besoin d'un renseignement ou de précisions ?
