** Account Solution Sales Manager Photonics /LiDAR (f/m/d)** At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. ****Job Overview**** **Ihre Aufgaben** * Sie sorgen fr ein profitables Wachstum und den Ausbau der vertrieblichen Aktivitten national und international im Bereich Photonics / LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) * Sie verantworten die technische und kommerzielle Betreuung und Beratung Ihrer Kunden, bearbeiten Kundenanfragen, erstellen kundenspezifische Angebote und halten diese nach * Sie identifizieren und gewinnen Neukunden fr Standardsensoren, kundenspezifischen Sensoren sowie Entwicklungs- und Fertigungsdienstleistungen (Solutions) * Sie tragen die Umsatzverantwortung fr diesen Sales-Bereich * Sie verantworten die operative Betreuung von ausgewhlten strategischen Kunden und Key Accounts * Durch regelmige Besuche von Neu- und Bestandskunden verstehen Sie die zuknftigen Kundenanforderungen * Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren technischen Abteilungen zur Erarbeitung von Angeboten und Verkaufsstrategien zusammen * Zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der verantworteten Key-Accounts entlang der Wertschpfungskette vom Sensorelement bis hin zur Systemlsung (Solutions) arbeiten Sie eng an der Schnittstelle zum Projekt-/ Produktmanagement * Sie fhren Potential-, Trend- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, erstellen die Umsatzplanung und analysieren Planabweichungen ****What your background should look like:**** **Ihr Profil** * Sie verfgen ber ein technisches Studium bzw. eine technische Ausbildung auf dem Gebiet der Optoelektronik, Mikro-elektronik oder Elektronik * Sie bringen Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Sensorik, Mikroelektronik oder der elektronischen Bauteile mit * Im Bereich von LIDAR-Anwendungen konnten Sie idealerweise bereits Kenntnisse aufbauen * Sie knnen auf nachweisbare Erfolge in der Gewinnung von Neukunden sowie im Ausbau der verantworteten Marktsegmente und Vertriebsregionen verweisen * Der Vertrieb von Standardkomponenten bis hin zu komplexen Lsungen im B2B-Umfeld ist Ihnen vertraut * Darber hinaus verfgen Sie ber fundierte Kenntnisse der Industrielandschaft in der verantworteten Region * Eine ausgeprgte Kundenorientierung und ein Gespr fr zuknftige Bedarfe der Kunden zeichnen Sie aus * Sie bringen ein hohes Ma an Teamgeist, Eigenstndigkeit sowie eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab * Reisebereitschaft ****Competencies**** Values: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, Innovation
