** Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d)** **Your Opportunity:** * Acquisition of new customers in the field service to support the growth of the Prepreg business line * Identification of market potential * Regular analysis of market and competitive activities * Development of the business through the establishment and expansion of sustainable customer relationships as well as advice on adapting the composites to customer processes * Customer support including technical advice on site, primarily in the region of France, Spain, Italy. * Support sales in regular forecasting sessions, Improve execution and processes pro-actively and continuously * Participation in trade fairs and design or implementation of presentations **Your profile:** * Bachelor or master's degree or equivalent education with Technical/Engineering or Commercial background * More than 3 years of experience in technical sales, especially in acquiring new customers * Very high customer and service focus * Strong communication and negotiation skills, convincing appearance, and a high degree of flexibility * High motivation and work commitment as well as a self-dependent, structured and goal-oriented way of work and entrepreneurial thinking * Experience with composites at OEM and Tier 1 in industry and ideally also in automotive and aviation * Fluency in English (written and verbal) - essential, additional languages advantageous * High willingness to travel within Europe * Professional user of Microsoft Office and preferably experience SAP R/3 **Unser Versprechen:** berzeugen Sie uns mit Ihren Fhigkeiten und Strken
