Job Description

Job Summary: The importance of the Recruiting Coordinator role at MBK is to participate in the staff level hiring process from beginning to end. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes and scheduling and conducting interviews. This Recruiting Coordinator will report into the Business Office Manager and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Department.

Pay: $18-$20

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. 9AM - 2PM

Essential Job Duties:
- Develop partnerships with hiring managers to ensure quality and timely response for all recruitment needs.
- On each search, recruit candidates who match MBK's job description; then connect with these candidates through a combination of email, phone, and texting on a consistent basis in order to engage candidates in a dialogue about any given open role, subsequently bringing these candidates through the MBK candidate interview process and forward along to hiring managers when ready to be interviewed.
- Review and screen resumes to determine whether candidates meet the qualifications and cultural fit.
- Post, Source and screen candidates to meet the high volume of open positions through Indeed Resume Search, Craigslist, Facebook and any additional job platforms.
- Present candidates and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
- Build a network and pipeline of healthcare professionals that match our culture and need in each market we are in.
- Manage applicant screening process.
- Provide up-to-date recruiting status activity on a regular basis.
- Provide responsive follow up and follow through to candidates.
- Run reference check through Skill Survey
- Attend job fairs and careers events and network with local high schools and colleges.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Organized with excellent follow through and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Operates with a strong sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within a deadline

Requirements:
- Able to travel locally to participate in job fairs
- High School Diploma

Physical Demands:
- Must be mobile and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling and repetitive motion
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time
- Able to move intermittently throughout the work day and between divisions
- Some local travel required
