Business Development Representative Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners

Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the organization's presence in the healthcare market

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, referral sources, and potential clients

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to educate and engage potential clients and partners

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns

Track and report on key performance indicators, sales activities, and outcomes

Provide regular updates on market trends and competitor activities

Pay: 80-120K
