Growth Coordinator

is responsible for securing new business by identifying prospects, building a qualified sales pipeline using both inbound and outbound leads. The ideal candidate is results-oriented with outstanding communication skills. He/She must be self-driven, motivated, and able to support the company sales goals. Establish relationships with new customers by proactively making calls to secure contracts and hit target revenue goals. Build a consistent pipeline of new business by creating relevant targeted lists of prospects using multiple avenues. Set meetings with prospective clients and coordinate follow-up activities when necessary. Learn and promote the company’s products and services. Ensure all sales activity is recorded consistently and accurately in CRM software. Proactively identify obstacles with new agents by working with the operations team. Ensure completion of sales and operation requirements by working with other departments. Represent the company and its brand in a positive and professional manner.
