Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Collections

Blue Chip Talent is currently looking for a few Customer Service / Collector candidates to join our team in Fort Worth Texas. We are looking for people who are Bilingual in English and Spanish and have 2+ years of customer service and 1+ year of collections on accounts past 60 days.

NO C2C or 3rd party vendors are allowed for this role. All candidates must work on our w2 with no restrictions.

3rd party vendors please do not ask if I can do C2C or referral pay for these roles. I can not.

Duties:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls for customers who are 30+ days past due on their accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and think outside the box to help customers get back on track in payments
  • Document the status of calls in the system and follow up with customers

Other:

  • There is 4-6 weeks of on-site training M-F 8 to 5
  • After training, there is a possibility of working remotely 50% of the time
