Digital Account Manager

to join our team and help us manage and grow our client portfolio. The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for

overseeing client relationships, managing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies . This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their business goals and objectives. Campaign Management : Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.) to achieve client objectives. Strategy Development : Work with clients to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals and deliver measurable results. Performance Analysis : Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization, ensuring continuous improvement and maximum ROI. Reporting : Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and technical departments, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects. Budget Management : Oversee client budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. Market Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and share insights with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of

3-5 years

of experience in digital marketing or account management, preferably within an agency setting. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Experience with CRM software is a plus. Attributes: Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
