As a Technology BDM/Client Services Mgr.; your key responsibility is to drive sales for GSK Solutions Inc. in your designated region. You will provide the highest level of consultative support on enterprise-wide info technologies in the Staffing and Services arena.
Determining clients and potential business opportunities to establish on a long-term basis.
Developing and maintaining relationships with client contacts.
Implement new business development strategies to maximize long-term support for your clients.
Understanding the needs and preferences of the potential clients and clients to fulfill their needs.
Determine new investment opportunities through market research and trends.
Implementing operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
Knowledge of contractual obligations from clients and visa versa.
Prior experience working in a service-based industry is mandatory.
Have the ability to line up service offerings in AI/ML Opps, Data Engineering, Big Data and Analytics, Cloud services, Dev Sec Ops & SRE, Digital Transformation, Infrastructure services including Managed services, Web and Mobile, Enterprise Cybersecurity, RPA, Automation Services, MS Dynamics MS365, SAP, Enterprise Solutions, Salesforce, ServiceNow and other Tech areas.
Key Factors matching up to this role: Proven track record, Related experience in staffing and/or solutions, maintaining relationships, client relationships, Creating and implementing sales strategies to attain personal sales targets, managing sales processes, Preparing proposals and detailed contract documents for review before negotiating with clients, teamwork methodologies, CRM knowledge-Hubspot, etc., documentation and communications skills very important.
Positions will report to the Vice President of Sales

Base Salary depending on years of experience plus Commission structure, monthly reimbursable expenses, Base Salary paid bi-monthly/2x per month.
