Client Services Coordinator

Must be in Dallas, Texas, work in-person Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Proactively engages our clients by understanding TPA business demands, needs, and concerns to problem solve and proactively partner for resolution. Ability to engage our clients by providing proactive, regular communications, delivering monthly showcase reports, creating "wow" factors, and timely execute on follow-up items. Takes the lead in resolving any production pushback by partnering with internal leaders. Identifies ways to enhance client relationships and promote partnership.
Must know Third Party Administrators. Experience with client services, revenue cycle management, claims management, and analytics within healthcare. Must have advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, reporting knowledge in Power Bi, good business acumen, detail orientation, follow up and execution skills, proactive communications, and professionalism. Team contributor, takes initiative, collaborative, and good sense of humor required. Ability to handle pressure and changing priorities are also needed. Client Services with revenue cycle management experience and bachelor's degree required.
This position is located in Farmers Branch, TX 75244 and is 100% in-person.
