Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers. Organize and execute sales activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory Develop a complete understanding of each assigned customer, including the physician hierarchy, key laboratory personnel, clinical nursing staff, etc. Develop deep product and competitor knowledge, and understanding of local and regional market trends. Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner Execute the company brand strategy and tactics within their assigned geographic area Participate in training and development programs Maintain adherence and compliance with all corporate, industry policies and procedures Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Sales experience Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships and strong customer dedication Dermatology and Diagnostic or Lab Experience Preferred Proven track record of success in exceeding results Self starter, highly motivated to succeed Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
