Key Responsibilities
  • Support the agent in daily agency operations.
  • Assist current clients with their service requirements.
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
  • Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Establish and maintain networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and others.
  • Process requests for changes to customer policies.
  • Encourage each client to provide referrals and explain our referral program.

Qualifications
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Exhibit strong self-starting abilities with a sense of urgency.
  • Capable of building relationships from the ground up.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through, and follow up effectively.
  • Must currently hold a PA Property and Casualty License.
