Overview This role supports FP&A by monitoring and communicating the story behind Chick-fil-A's corporate financial health and metrics. Primary responsibilities include creating dashboards and visuals to share complex financial information in an engaging, simple and easy-to-understand way with audiences like Chick-fil-A's Financial Strategy Team, CFO, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors. This individual will have a strong understanding of Chick-fil-A's position within the QSR industry, restaurant sales performance over time, our Operator Agreement, and how Chick-fil-A, Inc. earns revenue. The ideal candidate will be well versed in turning financial data into a compelling story that impacts decision-making at the highest levels. This individual will be an advanced Tableau user with the ability to create visuals that allow leaders to better understand financial performance and make key business decisions. This role requires a motivated and skilled problem-solver who is constantly innovating and learning new skills while engaging with stakeholders across the business to meet shared objectives. Work is often completed under moderate supervision and occasional after hour support or over-time may be required to meet goals or guidelines. Responsibilities Own and execute roadmap for visualizing FP&A data and sharing corporate performance insights with an emphasis on increasing views and adoption Develop, maintain, and manage FP&A Tableau dashboards Design, document and implement a Quality Assurance (QA) process for FP&A Tableau dashboards Prioritize and respond to incoming ad hoc analyses from leadership while ensuring success of long-term roadmap Continuously study Chick-fil-A restaurant and corporate financial data. Monitor/follow the QSR industry. Project annual global systemwide sales on a monthly basis & recommend changes to FP&A's existing sales assumptions when necessary. Own and execute monthly FP&A Report. Present and highlight key financial information in a simple, easy-to-understand way to help Officers and EC monitor the financial health of the business. Ensure report meets FP&A's high standards for accuracy and quality. Manage and maintain strategic relationships on behalf of Corporate Performance Insights with other insights teams and key partners across the business (ie. Restaurant Performance Insights, Customer/Market Insights, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Org Planning) Provide Tableau expertise and data visualization knowledge to the broader visualization team and across FP&A. Monitor and recommend emerging technology, trends & design principles in the data visualization space. Minimum Qualifications Knowledge and understanding of Chick-fil-A restaurant sales performance over time, our Operator Agreement, and how Chick-fil-A, Inc. earns revenue Detail-oriented, committed to producing work of the highest quality Open to constructive criticism, willing to make revisions or changes whenever asked to do so Trustworthy with confidential information Advanced Tableau user Strong financial acumen and analytical agility Able to translate complex data into compelling stories Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-starter, curious, with an eagerness to learn and assume responsibility Strong interpersonal and communication skills (including written communication and experience building MS PowerPoint content for executive audiences) Preferred Qualifications FP&A or investor relations experience Experience using Confluence for data/process documentation Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx FPAC Certification Tableau Certification Minimum Years of Experience 5 Travel Requirements 10% Required Level of Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Level of Education Master's Degree Major/Concentration Finance or Accounting
