About the Role

WelcomeHome is uniquely positioned to derive and deliver data and insights to the customers we serve in the senior living space. Data on industry performance and trends, sales optimization and best practices, and system utilization support our customers in making the strategic decisions that drive sales success. The Customer Insights function is focused on thinking outside of the box to solve some of our customer’s most complex problems, leveraging large data and advanced analytics to do so.


The Customer Analyst role is a critical evolution of WelcomeHome’s analytics offering and customer success model. Combining customer management and analytical rigor, the Customer Analyst is responsible for delivering data analysis for nuanced customer needs. This hire will directly interface with the Customer Insights team, Customer Success team, and customers to deliver data-backed strategic insights and support.


This is an opportunity for someone who is looking to roll up their sleeves and get real-world experience on data and customer management projects with exposure to senior sales leaders and executives. The role requires a deep background in analytics (SQL, python, excel), a strong appetite for technical problem-solving, excitement around spearheading new competencies for Customer Insights, and a strong lean toward ownership and process. The Customer Analyst will report directly to the VP of Customer Insights.


This role is hybrid, based out of our Atlanta HQ. Onboarding is fully in person for the initial ~3-6 months, at the discretion of your supervisor.


The Responsibilities:

  1. Develop an in-depth understanding of customer data and senior living sales best practices to support customer recommendations
  2. Plan, execute, and present nuanced customer analysis using customer results data and usage data to support sales strategy across multiple clients and internal stakeholders
  3. Work cross-functionally with Customer Insights and Customer Success teams to deliver white glove data analytics and strategic support to customers
  4. May require on-site travel and presentations for customer conferences


A Great Candidate Might Have:

  • 2 years of experience driving data-based projects with SQL in a professional environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning and completing data analysis and strategic presentation, including scoping, data collection, data cleaning, data analysis, visualization and communication
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and customer stakeholders to deliver work, and work efficiently against deadlines
  • Appetite for driving and participating in presentations across multiple customer stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency producing reports and dashboards, leveraging multiple data sources such as PowerBI, Tableau, Python, JSON, and Excel is a plus
  • Experience working with or in the Senior Living Industry, or with CRM software is plus
