The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for answering calls across 5 offices, directing callers efficiently, scheduling appointments, sending detailed messages to offices, and communicating with nurses, clinicians, managers, hospitals, pharmacies, and labs. This role also involves reading, monitoring, and maintaining clinicians schedules and working on recall lists daily.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with a requirement to work every other weekend. Weekend hours are Saturday from 8:15 AM to 3:30 PM and Sunday from 8:15 AM to 12:00 PM.
