The Territory Manager is responsible for various activities that support Leadership and the Organization. This role involves supporting daily operations and processes, making diplomatic decisions, maximizing sales and profit, and maintaining the sub-contractor program with a hands-on approach. Depending on experience Key Responsibilities:

(Other duties as assigned) Partner with Management to protect and maintain company assets and resources including inventory, product handling, and the physical facility. Lead the acquisition and maintenance of a strong core team of sub-contractors to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Provide constructive feedback to team members and management. Assist in the timely completion of all auditing procedures and inventory schedules. Assist with inventory-related activities including ordering, receiving, storing, shipping, repairing products, and filing claims. Carry out promotional merchandising plans within the territory and maintain presentation standards as directed by the organization. Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with State and Federal requirements. Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in written formats and maintain company confidentiality practices and policies. Partner with HR to ensure compliance and communication is maintained, assisting with other projects and training as assigned. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of relevant employee supervision, sub-contractor supervision, and construction/building materials experience (Proficient knowledge of woodworking, building products, construction). Basic understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable, Inventory control, and Profit & Loss. Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Successful completion of a background check and drug screen required. Operates in a professional office environment as well as within a manufacturing environment subject to inside environmental conditions and noise. Often required to sit, use repetitive hand motion, hear, listen, talk, stand, and walk. Often required to climb stairs, reach overhead, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds.
