Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client business goals and objectives.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms
Analyze channels performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Strategic guidance to ensure efficient allocation of digital marketing budgets to maximize return on investment
Supervise and guide the execution teams with best-practice recommendations across digital channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, product, and legal, to ensure cohesive marketing effort and align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals
Mentor and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective
Additionally, As a Digital Marketing SME
Be the face of iQuanti Digital strategy for customers, present data-led strategic plans to customers, and lay down roadmaps for achieving business goals
Help drive new thinking and innovation in digital offerings through expertise, advice, and strategic inputs.
Incorporate relevant new developments and best practices across digital channels – new features, beta products, analysis methodology, etc. and participate in thought leadership initiatives.
Recommend changes to existing processes and systems to improve overall workload efficiency and/or performance.
The Ideal Candidate Will…
Have a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant work experience with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS)
Should have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns in the banking industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and high degree of comfort with data analysis
Have performed quantitative analysis with large datasets to infer patterns in data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Bilingual Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred
Good mix of brand and agency side experience would be ideal.
Be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, communications, MIS or statistics preferred.
