**Key Responsibilities:**

* Define and articulate the creative vision for the global digital platform, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.
* Lead the design team in the creation of visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences, including website design, user interfaces, and digital content.
* Ensure that all creative outputs are consistent with the brand's visual identity and tone of voice, maintaining a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
* Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, translating them into creative concepts and designs.
* Oversee the development of user experience and interaction design, ensuring that the platform is intuitive, accessible, and optimized for a global audience.
* Stay current with digital design trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas and techniques into the platform's design.
* Manage the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Adapt creative strategies to meet the needs of diverse global markets, considering cultural differences, language variations, and regional preferences.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of creative assets, using data and feedback to refine and improve the platform's visual and user experience.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably as a Creative Director or similar.
* Extensive experience with digital design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and others. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across digital platforms.
* Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, with experience leading UX/UI projects for digital platforms.
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
* Experience working on global or multi-regional projects, with an understanding of how to adapt creative strategies for different markets.
